The treatment menu

Three therapies. One unhurried hour that is entirely yours.

Every cupping tradition begins with suction. From there, Ruby offers three distinct paths — still, flowing, or the full Sunnah practice — and will help you choose.

Included in every session

Whichever you choose, these never change

  • A proper consultation

Health history, medication and goals reviewed before a single cup is placed.

  • Sealed, single-use kit

Cups, blades, gloves and coverings opened in front of you and never reused.

  • Modesty throughout

Only the treatment area is exposed; you choose who is in the room.

  • Aftercare & a check-in

Clear guidance before Ruby leaves and a message the following day.

Combination sessions

Therapies are often stronger together

Moving cupping to warm and release the back, followed by Hijama at the Sunnah points. Dry cupping to prepare an area before incisions. If you are unsure, choose “consultation required” when you book and Ruby will design the session with you.

Choose your path

Still, flowing or Sunnah — the first step is the same.

Request a visit, tell Ruby what you're hoping for, and she'll confirm the therapy, the date and the fee.
