The practitioner
A Certified Hijama Practitioner who brings the calm of a wellness sanctuary to women's homes, one unhurried visit at a time.

Ruby's story
Ruby founded Ruby Cupping Services in 2018 after training with Hijama Nation, earning her Certified Hijama Practitioner status and Diploma in Hijama Cupping Therapy. What began as a way to bring the Sunnah practice to women in her own community grew into a dedicated mobile practice — because she kept hearing the same thing.
Women wanted Hijama, but not the clinic. Not the travel, the waiting room, or the unfamiliar treatment table. They wanted to be treated by a woman, in a space that was already theirs, and then to rest — without a drive home. So Ruby built her practice around exactly that.
Every visit is female-only. Every cup and blade arrives sealed and leaves in a sharps container. And every appointment begins with a conversation, because Ruby has never regarded a client as a set of symptoms.

The philosophy
“The human body is made up of the mind, body and spirit. I regard each patient as a whole, rather than an illness to be defeated.”
Illness is not an enemy to be fought in Ruby's room. It is a signal from a body, mind and spirit that are out of balance — and cupping is one of the oldest, gentlest ways to help them find their way back. Ruby's role is to nurture that return, not to wage war on a diagnosis.
“Indeed in Cupping there is a cure”
What guides every visit
These are not aspirations — they are the shape of a Ruby Cupping session.
Female-only, always. Only the area being treated is uncovered, and you set the pace of every session.
Sealed single-use cups and blades, gloves, skin cleansing and clinical sharps disposal — in your home as in any clinic.
Sleep, stress, diet and spirit are part of every consultation. Symptoms are listened to, not just treated.
One client, one home, one appointment. There is no waiting room to fill and nobody booked in behind you.
Hijama is offered as a living tradition — with Sunnah days and points honoured for those who wish to follow them.
Certified through Hijama Nation, with standards of consent, contraindication screening and aftercare that never slip.

Training & standards
Ruby's certification covers the full practice of Hijama — from anatomy and Sunnah points to infection control and consent.
Certificates are available to view at your visit — simply ask.
